WEIGHTS AND MEASURESOn the outskirts of Paris in an underground vault, beneath three nested bell jars, lies a tiny plug of metal - Le Grand K.
For over 200 years, this platinum cylinder has been the standard by which the world measures mass and weight.
By definition, any physical change to it alters the mass of everything in the cosmos - and it is slowly deteriorating.
Weights and Measures delves into the murky depths of metrology, examining our insatiable desire to define
the undefinable universe around us.
A new solo show written and performed by C. Kennedy with live music by Jeremy Prouty.
Performed as part of SoLow fest 2017
Special thanks to Angela Smith, Anita Holland and Chris Davis for outside eyes and support.
